Kundalini Yoga Session

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Kundalini Teacher Lisa Gross takes through mantras, cat cow, fist of anger and addiction meditation.

Education and desire has always led me towards wellness. As a Psychology major with a concentration in Organization, and a Body Worker for 24 years, my passion has always been healing. My vision is for wellness to be accessible for all in each sector of our life, work, family, and fun. Simple tools and skills learned can maintain and improve our health and awareness. Expanding to Kundalini Yoga now allows me to teach a self healing technology to more people, having an impact on more lives. Experience and knowledge has taught me that total wellness is inclusive of the mind, body and soul. Wisdom comes with time in the field, healing is for everyone. Allow me to guide you there.


How to Connect with Lisa

I teach virtual and video Kundalini Yoga classes. Kundalini Yoga is particularly effective for stress management and whole body/mind. The results are immediate. As a body worker for many years, it is what I have been searching for to teach clients. Lisa teaches virtual and one-on-one classes and has a special rate for MSMs.
