Introduction

If you’ve started your spiritual journey you’ve probably been hearing the word chakra. In order to live a more balanced physical life, you also need to take care of the subtle bodies, i.e. spiritual, emotional, mental and etheric. You do that by managing the energy of your chakras. This mini course will give insight on the seven main energy centers. The lessons are as follows:

Lesson 1: You will learn about chakras as a system, how they affect your overall being and why they are important

Lesson 2: You will learn information about each of the seven Hindu chakras, their names, color, characteristics and more

Lesson 3: You will learn techniques and tools to keep them balanced and in alignment

Lesson 4: You will be taken through a charka balancing meditation and given a downloadable chakra healing chart
